This is news that can make even the most sex-positive woman anxious. Pfizer just announced a recall of one million packets of birth control after it was discovered that they contained the incorrect combination of active and inactive pills. Taking these while having unprotected sex can lead to unwanted pregnancies. [The Atlantic Wire]

I  wonder if there were pregnancies that resulted from this mixup and if so, did the women merely attribute this to their own pill-taking error? And do any of the women affected have cause for action against the company?

I just hope that if any unintended pregnancies did result, the affected women lived in states and cities where access to abortion was not limited.
