Findings from a first-of-its-kind study by Indiana University researchers confirm anecdotal evidence that exercise — absent sex or fantasies — can lead to female orgasm.
Specifically, it’s the “core” exercises where women report experiencing the highest levels of pleasure (as opposed to just the pain typically associated with any sort of exercising).
Though many other types of activities have been reported to increase a woman’s sexual pleasure, such as bike riding and weight lifting, the most effective one seems to be exercises done in the “captain’s chair,” which is a torture device in which your legs hang and you support yourself by your forearms and gripping the handles while pressing into the back of the apparatus while raising your legs.
Methinks that whoever called this piece of equipment the “captain’s chair” knew what he/she was talking about. Am I right?
